How the service works:
If you need a substitute your first step is to call the Substitute Reservation Hotline:

Request Call:
On this call you will let us know when you need a substitute. The further in advance the notice is the better chances of having a substitute placed at your site for your requested time. After this call the Scheduling Specialist will call available substitutes and get a confirmation.
Confirmation Call:
Once the Scheduling Specialist has found a substitute for your request you will receive a call to confirm that we have a substitute to help.
Assignment:
The confirmed Child Care Substitute will arrive and provide appropriate care and assist in daily duties following the routines and policies provided to them for your site. At the end of the assignment the substitute will have you sign their timesheet to verify hours.
Billing:
Invoices based on time worked are mailed out on a bi-weekly basis and are due within 30 days.
