Reflective Practice and Supervision

Supervisors working in environments that serve young children and their families face unique challenges. Utilizing a reflective supervision process can help caregivers remain emotionally available to the children they serve and be better able to address challenging behaviors. This session will help you identify your supervisory strengths and style as well as learn the elements of the reflective supervision process. Whether you are a new center director or have been in the business for many years, this session can help you develop new skills for your supervision toolbox.
