Child Development Associate (CDA)

This credential is earned through the Council for Early Childhood Professional Recognition and certifies that the candidate is competent in early childhood care. By receiving your CDA, you will gain new skills and valuable information that will greatly benefit the children in your care.

Early Childhood Continuing Education Units (CEU's)

Continuing professional development is required to maintain the CDA credential. This can be achieved through Early Childhood CEU's or college coursework. You can receive CEUs through Child Start trainings.
