The Head Start 0 -5 Program
The goal of the Head Start 0-5 Program is that each preschool child will leave the program with the developmental underpinnings needed for success in school and beyond. Program staff measure each child’s progress toward this goal in four developmental domains: Social/emotional, Physical, Cognitive, and Language development. In the 2008/09 school year, enrolled children as-a-whole made progress in every domain. Click here for data from the 2008/09 school year.
